Q: I haven't rented a holiday apartment before.  What do I need to bring?
A: 1 Victoria House is fully furnished.  The kitchen is very well equipped with dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots & pans, microwave, toaster and coffee percolator.     

Here is a list of some of the personal items that you should bring with you:  
Beach towels,  toiletries and medications, camera equipment, sun screen and of course, beach toys if accompaned by children!  

The apartments cupboards, fridge/freezer and drinks cabinets are fully stocked and at your disposal during your stay.  
Before stocking up it might be prudent to investigate what's available!
You will need to restock what you have used upon departure.

Q: Are there local shops where I can buy anything I forget to bring with me?
A: Yes.  The apartment is stocked with a welcome pack, but there is a large Waitrose nearby, Iceland, Boots, butchers, mcdonald's, polish shop, bakery, chemists, costa coffee, banks, cobbler and key smith and more a short walk from the property.  a huge shopping centre can be found at Westwood Cross which is but a short drive away. Every store can be found in one place along with restaurants and a Vue Cinema.

Q: Do I have to clean the apartment before I leave?
A: Yes, it is your responsibility to leave the apartment in the same clean condition as you found it – it helps everyone out! 
There are cleaning supplies for your use. Alternatively, ask for a cleaner.

Q: What are the sleeping arrangements at 1 Victoria House?
A: The apartment has has two bedrooms.  

Bedroom 1 has a double bed. 
Bedroom 2 has a double bed. 

Q: Are pets permitted at 1 Victoria House?
A: No, pets are not permitted.

Q: Does 1 Victoria House have laundry facilities?
A: Yes, a washing machine is installed in the utility room and drying space is available.

Q: Does 1 Victoria House have internet access?
A: Yes, wireless internet access is available.

Q: What do I do if something goes wrong?

Q: What do I do if I lock myself out or lose the keys?

Be aware, losing the keys will incur a charge for a new door lock and keys for obvious reasons.
